Day delegate rates from £45.00 per person
24 hour delegate rates from £235.00 per person
Rates include VAT, room hire, three servings of tea & coffee, lunch, flipchart and screen
(24 hour rates also include dinner, overnight accommodation and full English breakfast)

Our Wimbledon meeting rooms have great access to London

Only 15 minutes by rail and 30 minutes by car from London, we provide an easily accessible venue with the added bonus of escaping from the hustle and bustle of the City – surrounded by nearly 1,200 acres of parkland and Wimbledon Common. Heathrow Airport is only 45 minutes away, meaning that distant delegates can also be easily included and with plenty of onsite parking we make your meeting room hire as stress free as possible.

Meeting rooms for hire:

The Viscount Melville Suite

Our largest room for meetings and experiences. It has its own private entrance from the car park and a private terraced garden, which is glorious in warm weather and perfect for a breath of fresh air at coffee breaks.

The Queen Elizabeth Room

This stunning room, with it's high ceilings and direct access onto the South Terrace overlooking Cannizaro Park, is both spacious and flexible. Plenty of natural light makes it a perfect venue for meetings all year round.

The Blue Room

A large bay window with spectacular views over Cannizaro Park, provides this delightful room with a particularly light and sunny aspect that is sure to enhance your experience here.

The Oak Room

Beautiful, original features make this a particularly memorable setting for your meeting or event. Oak panelling, dating back to 1600, frames a magnificent fireplace which can be lit on chilly days.

The Board Room

A personal favourite for smaller meetings, this gorgeous room overlooks the terrace and has space for eight delegates. The antique table can be flipped over, allowing you and your guests to enjoy a game of billiards – the perfect way to unwind and entertain clients after a successful meeting.
