Our Head Chef, Christian George, believes that quality, seasonality and origin are key to his cooking success. For this reason he insists that ingredients are sourced from British, organic suppliers. It could be roast chicken terrine or seared Loch Duart salmon, but whatever it is, you can be sure he will complement it with the best of the current season's produce and present it to you with style and simplicity. After all, we didn't get our 2 AA Rosette award for nothing.
