Conference facility capacity

Depending on the nature of your conference, you will need the facility to be configured in different layouts to suit your event. Our maximum configuration is 120 delegates in a theatre style. Conference facilities available are:

The Viscount Melville Suite

Our biggest area for conferences and experiences. With a private entry from the car-park and private terrace, that is wonderful to use in summer weather and perfect for a breath of fresh air duringconference breaks .

The Queen Elizabeth Room

A High Ceilinged room, this striking space has direct access on to the South Terrace with fabulous views of Cannizaro Park. This conference facility is both roomy and flexible. With ample natural light this is an ideal setting for conferences all year round.

The Blue Room

A beautiful bay window overlooking Cannizaro Park, delivers a sunny aspect to this charming room Perfect for a small theatre style conference the natural light is sure to enrich your experience here.

The Oak Room

With stunning Oak Panelling, and beautiful original features make this a particularly memorable backdrop for your conference. The Oak panelling, dating back to 1600, surrounds a majestic fireplace which on chilly days can be lit to provide comfort and warmth for your delegates.

The Board Room

A perfect choice for more intimate meetings rather than large conference. This lovely room overlooks the terrace and has space for eight delegates. And, if you have time after your meeting the antique table can be turned over, revealing a billiards table, allowing you and your guests to enjoy a game – the ideal way to relax and amuse customers after a fruitful meeting.
